Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days of receipt, depending on plant availability, seasonality, and weather conditions.
• Availability: For plants that are in stock, we aim to dispatch them within this timeframe. For pre-order or rare plants, additional time may be needed for propagation or preparation.
• Delivery Time: After dispatch, deliveries usually take 7-10 working days based on your location and the courier service used.
• Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas might take a bit longer due to extended logistics routes.

Shipping & Handling

• Packing: We ensure that all plants are carefully packed with protective materials to minimize damage during transit.
• Shipping Fees: Any shipping charges applied (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Incorrect Address/Delivery Issues: If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or the recipient’s unavailability, the order may be returned. In such cases, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order. Once the order is confirmed, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Delivery & Plant Care

• Condition of Plants: As we ship live plants, slight variations in color, size, or condition may occur due to transit stress. However, plants typically recover well with proper care once received.
• Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives in visibly damaged condition or if any items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include photos for verification.
• Plant Care: We recommend giving your plants a bit of time to adjust to their new environment. Ensure that they receive the right amount of light, water, and attention as per their specific needs.

Delays & Exceptional Circumstances

While we strive to maintain our standard delivery timelines, certain factors beyond our control can affect them, including:

• Extreme Weather or Natural Disasters
• Festivals, Public Holidays, or Curfews
• Unexpected Delays with Courier Partners

We appreciate your understanding in such cases and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly. Our goal is always to ensure your plants arrive in perfect condition.
